With over 15 years of experience as a personal trainer in the Southside of Glasgow, Michael Band has built a stellar reputation for quality and delivering results. Michael’s journey in the fitness industry includes a significant tenure as the Personal Training Lead at Nuffield Health, where he led a team of trainers, helping them develop into exceptional coaches.
Michael’s diverse clientele ranges from young athletes to adults of all fitness levels, all of whom benefit from his expertise and dedication. His commitment to his clients is evident in the loyalty and trust they place in him. Michael’s passion for weight training and football is matched by his qualifications; he is a REPs Level 4 specialist in the management of low back pain and an experienced coach in strength and conditioning.
Operating from his personal training studio at home, Michael offers customised training sessions either one-on-one or for couples. His comprehensive approach to health and well-being extends beyond personal training; Michael runs live Zoom HIIT workouts every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday morning at 6:30 am, along with a Friday morning stretch class. He also leads a vibrant community in a Saturday morning circuit training class at Newlands Park.
